1. Uvodne določbe Ti splošni pogoji poslovanja (v nadaljevanju: pogoji) določajo pogoje nakupa vstopnic (potrdilo o naročilu velja kot vstopnica) prek spletne strani shop.d20.si (v nadaljevanju: ponudnik). Moški slovnični spol se v pogojih uporablja za vse spole. Kupec z nakupom vstopnice potrjuje, da je seznanjen s pogoji in se z njimi strinja. Kupec ob nakupu vstopnice potrjuje, da je polnoleten. V primeru nakupa več vstopnic, z nakupom potrjuje, da so tudi drugi prejemniki vstopnic polnoletni.

2. Nakup vstopnic Kupec lahko vstopnice za dogodek kupi izključno preko spletne strani ponudnika. Po uspešno izvedenem plačilu prejme kupec vstopnice na navedeni e-poštni naslov. Vstopnice so elektronske in jih ni mogoče prejeti v fizični obliki. Vse oblike vstopnic so veljavne za eno osebo. Kupec lahko naenkrat kupi več vstopnic.

3. Plačilo Plačilo vstopnic se izvede preko ponujenih plačilnih metod na spletni strani. Kupec je dolžan poskrbeti, da so podatki za plačilo pravilni. Po prejemu plačila bo kupec prejel elektronsko potrditev nakupa na svoj e-poštni naslov.

4. Preklic in vračila Kupec nima pravice do enostranskega odstopa od nakupa, saj gre za storitev vezano na določen datum in čas izvedbe dogodka, skladno z veljavno zakonodajo o varstvu potrošnikov. Vračilo kupnine je možno le v primeru odpovedi dogodka s strani organizatorja, pri čemer bo ponudnik kupce obvestil o postopku vračila kupnine.

5. Odgovornost Ponudnik ne odgovarja za napačno navedene podatke s strani kupca (npr. napačen e-poštni naslov). Prav tako ne odgovarja za izgubo vstopnic po prejemu na e-pošto kupca. Kupec je odgovoren za varno hrambo vstopnic.

6. Varstvo osebnih podatkov Ponudnik se zavezuje k varovanju osebnih podatkov kupcev v skladu z veljavno zakonodajo o varstvu podatkov ter priporočili Gospodarske zbornice Slovenije. Osebni podatki bodo uporabljeni izključno za namen izvedbe nakupa in dogodka ter ne bodo posredovani tretjim osebam brez privolitve kupca.

7. Končne določbe Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do spremembe teh pogojev kadarkoli in brez predhodnega obvestila kupcu. Morebitne spremembe bodo objavljene na spletni strani ponudnika. Za vse morebitne spore je pristojno sodišče v Ljubljani.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introductory Provisions. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as
   “Terms and Conditions”) set out the terms and conditions for the purchase of tickets (the
   order confirmation shall be deemed to be a ticket) via the website shop.d20.si (hereinafter
   referred to as the “Provider”). By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer acknowledges that they
   are aware of and agree to the Terms and Conditions. The Buyer confirms that they are of
   legal age at the time of purchasing the ticket. In the case of multiple ticket purchases, the
   Buyer confirms that the other ticket recipients are also of legal age.
2. Purchase of Tickets. The Buyer may purchase tickets for the Event exclusively through
   the Provider’s website. After successful payment, the Buyer will receive the tickets at the
   e-mail address indicated. Tickets are electronic and cannot be received in physical form.
   Each ticket gives entry to one person, regardless of the kind of ticket bought. A buyer may
   purchase multiple tickets at the same time.
3. Payment. Payment of tickets is made via the payment methods offered on the website.
   It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the payment details are correct. Upon receipt
   of payment, the Buyer will receive an electronic confirmation of the purchase at their e-mail
   address.
4. Cancellation and refunds. The Buyer does not have the right to unilaterally withdraw
   from the purchase, as this is a service linked to an event with a set time and date, in
   accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. Refunds are only possible
   in the event of cancellation of the event by the organiser, in which case the Provider will
   inform the purchasers of the refund procedure.
5. Liability. The Provider is not liable for any incorrect information provided by the Buyer
   (e.g. incorrect email address), nor is the Provider liable for any loss of tickets after they
   have been emailed to the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for the safe custody of the
   tickets.
6. Protection of personal data. The Provider undertakes to protect the personal data of the
   Buyer in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and the
   recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia. Personal data
   will be used solely for the purpose of the purchase and the event and will not be disclosed
   to third parties without the consent of the Buyer.
7. Final Provisions. The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions
   at any time and without prior notice to the Buyer. Any changes will be published on the
   Provider’s website. The court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
